The villa is equipped to comfortably accommodate 8 vacationers thanks to

its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

It is built on a fenced plot of 25 acres made up of 4 plateaus:

• The first is that of the main house which contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living room and the fully equipped kitchen. All around, there are well-appointed outdoor relaxation areas.

• The second is that of the swimming pool and its solarium and the pool house which contains the summer kitchen and its dining area, the 4th bedroom and the 3rd bathroom.

• The third and fourth plateaus are wilder with different plantations: shrubs, fruit trees and vines (under constant development)
